Where the pieces come from
Memoraloo does not hold stock. Every piece is bought on demand from official retailers, brand stores and authorised resellers, as close to your delivery address as possible, and shipped directly to you. Signed pieces come with the certificate and hologram of the authentication programme named on the listing, graded cards come in the grading company's sealed case, and shirts and other official merchandise are bought new from official club, league and brand retailers.
Delivery
We order every piece from our supplier as soon as your order is confirmed, and most orders are dispatched within 15 days, with tracking. Some rare or limited pieces depend on specialist sellers and take longer. We ship worldwide through logistics partners, so delivery can take up to 30 days in some cases. If a piece is not dispatched within 15 days, we tell you the expected date and you choose: wait, take an equivalent piece of equal or higher value, or receive a refund or store credit.

Write to support@memoraloo.com with your order email. Shop purchases keep your statutory consumer rights. Box purchases and opens are final, except where the law requires otherwise. Everything is set out in the terms.
